Wauseon Office Details
We at Short Agency, Inc. would like to express our appreciation for your support and continued business. We are aware that throughout the past couple of years, things may not have been “usual”. We are still very much committed to providing you with excellent service and insurance products long into the future. In order to follow through with that commitment we would like to communicate an exciting, yet big change to our agency operations:
Starting October 1st, 2022 we will be operating exclusively out of our Archbold office location.
We feel this change will allow us to better serve you and all of our clients moving forward. Please be assured there is virtually no change to your existing policies or how they will be serviced. There is no action required on your part. As always, we are more than willing to come meet you where you are whether that be Wauseon, Archbold or many of the other areas in Northwest, Ohio that we serve.
The agency has also undergone a few staffing changes with some of the Short Agency family having recently retired. Lonnie Short in 2020 and Peg Rufenacht in 2021, both of the Archbold office. The most recent member of the Short Agency family to say goodbye is Terry Short, out of our Wauseon office, who retired in early 2022. Their contribution to Short Agency over many years of service will be greatly missed! For an update on the current staff please reference the insert included with this letter.
